PADUCAH — A Murray State Student named Hope Pearcy recently won the title of Miss Illinois Volunteer 2024 and will represent the state in June while competing for the title of Miss Volunteer America. The program is a nationwide scholarship program that provides educational scholarships and opportunities. Winning Miss Illinois Volunteer 2024 earned Pearcy scholarship assistance through the Organization. According to a press release, Pearcy believes volunteering and community involvement are vital for the success of individuals throughout the community.
