Arthur Fielder (right) received the Stanley Crow Award at the Water Valley High School Band Banquet Thursday night. Band Director Wes Brown presented the coveted award, along with the Senior Award. Fielder is the only senior in the band. “He is a talented musician with strong character,” Brown said.
