Honorable William Shelton, Jr., Mississippi Home Corporation (MHC) is pleased to inform you that your application for the Town of Coffeeville has been selected for a reservation for the 2024 HOME Rehabilitation Program funds in the amount of $599,500.00. By accepting this reservation, the Town of Coffeeville accepts the conditions and understands that this reservation is a grant agreement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds are conditionally reserved. A written agreement will be issued upon the completion of several benchmarks. The first benchmark was completed October 17, 2024, by my attendance in the HOME Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Phase II Application and Implementation Workshop. VERY IMPORTANT: Home Rehabilitation Grant Applications are available at the Clerk’s office in Town Hall. Representatives from North Central Planning Development District (NCPDD) will meet with all interested residents of the Town of Coffeeville, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2024 from 1 P.M. to 4 P.M. in TOWN HALL, 14615 Depot Street in Coffeeville. All Coffeeville applications MUST be received on or before NOVEMBER 27, 2024. Applications will be awarded in accordance to eligibility.
