On a hot summer morning Hal Vaughn of Coffeeville rolled into Water Valley and unloaded this record setting melon as his entry to this year’s contest. Vaughn took First Place by over 20 pounds weighing this melon in at 219.6 lbs. This also set a new all-time record by 9.4 lbs! Congratulations Hal!
