Book Club at Coffeeville Public Library
Coffeeville Public Library will host a book club later this summer with the book The Correspondent by Virginia Evans. This book has nearly 720,000 4-5 star ratings on Goodreads and has been on numerous suggested reading lists. We have this book in both libraries now for interested readers. Ten books for the book club will be loaned to us by Mississippi Library Commission.
We almost have a full list now for the book club. If you’re interested in joining the group for a meal and conversation in a few weeks, call (662) 675-8822 and ask to have your name added to the list. The date for this meeting has not been set yet.

This summer, our libraries are offering children and youth a chance to “Adopt a Dinosaur” from the library to take home. Once you adopt a dino, you may name it and care for it. And remember that dinosaurs love to read, too! Ask about dinosaur adoption at the main desk in either Coffeeville or Oakland library.
