Peeps Diorama Voting April 14-17 @ Coffeeville Yalobusha County Extension offers a Peeps Diorama Contest for kids ages 5 -18 with prizes awarded in 4 categories. Dioramas must have a book theme and contain more than 1 Peep. Peeps Dioramas will be on display for voting at Coffeeville Public Library April 14 – 17. Come see these fun Peeps Dioramas and cast your vote! Libraries Closed April 18 Libraries Closed April 18 Ford’s Well History Program April 22 Mike Robinson will present “The History of Ford’s Well” on Tuesday, April 22, at 10:30 AM at Ford’s Well Campground. Smartphone Basics Program April 25 at Coffeeville Is your smartphone smarter than you? Come to the free Smartphone Basics program for adults on Friday, April 25, 10:00 AM at Coffeeville Public Library. Led by Digital Coach Kenady Helm, this program will teach participants how to install apps, find and open browsers, manage passwords, and much more. Bring your phone with you to learn about keyboard functions or get questions answered. Smartphones are part of everyday life, but users can feel frustrated by this technology. Come join us for this free, informative program which is open to the public. Tax Forms at the Library April 15 is quickly approaching. 2024 state and federal tax forms are available now in the libraries. We have 2024 Forms 1040 and 1040 SR and instruction booklets as well Mississippi 2024 Tax forms at both Oakland and Coffeeville. The forms are free; copies are .20 a page. Get ready for Tax Season at your local library. April Calendars Every month, we offer paper calendars in both libraries with a full schedule of programs and events. April calendars are now available in the libraries, and they are also published in the Coffeeville Courier. Library Board Meets May 16 The Administrative Board of YCLS will meet Friday, May 16, at 9:00 AM at Coffeeville Public Library.
